While our Site provides descriptions, packages, and portfolio galleries for maternity, newborn, and milestone photography sessions, browsing the Site does not constitute a binding service contract.
Official Bookings: A photography session is only officially secured and guaranteed once you have signed a separate formal portrait contract and paid the non-refundable retainer fee.
Session Contracts: In the event of a conflict between these general website Terms and your specific signed photography session contract, the terms of your signed session contract will control.
